Our Board of Directors is a five-person board all duly committed to providing oversight and support of the governing system. They are from our community and are invested in Prairie Pines. They believe it is an important and necessary service, and strive to maintain it as such.

Tristen Sheridan
Tristen Sheridan has spent the last 14 years in the Healthcare field. Her background includes representing Kiowa County Hospital District as the CEO for four years. Long Term Care is a passion for Tristen and with her education, experience, and drive to continue in her education and knowledge, Tristen is determined to uphold Prairie Pines Assisted Living's Mission. Tristen believes in leading a care team by example and works side by side with her team.

Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP), Personal Care Providers (PCP), Dietary, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

Position Available:
Prairie Pines Assisted Living is hiring for a Day (1st shift) Full-Time QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person.) Must be available for weekends. This full-time position comes with an employer paid benefit package after probational period, with additional supplemental coverage available at the employee's expense. Qualifications are: applicant must be 18yrs old, possess a valid driver's license, pass all background checks and drug tests, and must comply with TB testing requirements and physical examinations. PPAL will train applicable employees for this position to acquire certification of QMAP and BLS/CPR.
